Valentines Day

Nick and I don't get into Valentines day much...and since we both don't really care about it (does that sound bad) we decided that we would rather spend Valentines day as a family celebrating our love with each other rather then a romantic couples day of year...that's what an anniversary is for right? So we want to make it a tradition to have a special dinner together as a family and exchange Valentines on Valentines day! I didn't go all out on a "special" dinner this year since the kids are still so little and let's just say I wasn't prepared....Valentines sortof creeped up on me! So here is our non formal dinner...eggs in the basket can you tell it's a heart?

Las Vegas

Nicks Dad planned a trip to South Pointe in Vegas a couple years ago and ever since we like to re visit. It's a really fun place to stay...lots of restaurants, movie theater, bowling, arcade etc. It's more kid friendly then other places down there and the rooms are really nice. We had a great trip!

We had such a great trip, Nolan keeps asking to go back to Las Vegas to stay in the big hotel :) I am sure we will be back!
