We have officially entered into a whole new stage with Nolan. He is pulling himself up onto furniture and cribs. I am really proud of the new mile stones he is making, but this one scares me cause once he's up, he doesn't know how to get back down. He has already taken a few spills :( today I hear him yelling and crying when he woke up from his nap which is very unusual...when he wakes up he likes to entertain himself for a while and will just babble to himself but today was a different story... he desperately needed me cause he was standing and didn't know how to get back down. Hopefully he will figure it out soon cause that's all he wants to do!

Yesterday we stopped by Nicks parents house to visit for mothers day. Nolan was such a happy guy yesterday (a prefect mothers day gift) but he actually is good most of the time, I am very lucky! Anyway, Nolan was so intrigued by Higgins the dog it was so hilarious. He would get so exctied..Here is the video of him and Higgins, it was sooo funny!
Today was Nolans 9 mo. check up, here are the stats:
Length: 30 1/4 " (95 percentile)
Weight: 21 lbs. 2 oz. (50 percentile)
Head Circ: 47 cm. (90 percentile)
So far he seems to be taking after his daddy...very tall and a big ol noggin! His weight percentile has gone down...when he was born it was 97 percentile. Oh, he is just getting so big and I am seriously loving his age right now. 9 mo, so far, is my favorite. We LOVE you Noliebear!
On Sunday May 3, 2009 Nolan climbed the stairs for the first time. It was so cute that he figured out what to do with his hands and legs...I think he felt really proud of himself because he keeps going back for more. It's odd that he figured out how to climb the stairs before crawling. He is a pro at the army crawl and will get up on his hands and knees and rock back and forth a little but can't quiet figure out how to move his hands and knees at the same time. He is getting so big...I am one proud mama!
Here is the video of Nolan in action. He was grunting and breathing so hard...it was quite the workout for the little guy. Don't mind the ugly voice in the back ground :) It's so weird to hear your own voice!
